• Clients are responsible for all scheduling.

• Cancellation or reschedule must be done no later
  than 24 hours prior to the original scheduled session. Changes made within 24 hours will be subject to
  a late cancellation fee equal to 50% contracted
  session fee.

• In the case of a no-show, the session fee will be forfeited and a repeated pattern may result in termination of services.
